Most work we undertake is, understandably, in a hurry and we are well known for going that extra mile to ensure the product is treated with urgency. With our unique procedures customised to allow us the freedom to collaborate with customers requirements without compromising or cutting corners, we regularly manage projects within fast timeframes other larger companies would struggle to adhere to.

SOLUTIONS

 

In almost every case there is a solution. Sometimes if a design isn't completely manufacturing friendly, we can work it out. We have the experience to remove, replace, modify and repair to the standard required. Ball grid array removals are a particular speciality, if you have a complex job you do not wish to lose, it's highly likely we can rescue it.

Consulting during development stages have proven to be priceless in helping to get a good, reliable start due to our advice with manufacturing in mind.

TEST

 

We undertake a wide range of projects. In their production batches they may require test. From AOI (automatic optical inspection) to function we have

the personnel and facilities to complete bespoke

test procedures as requested.

 

Our AOI facility is fully programmable for full inspection or can be used as a comparitor testing

machine. Again, speed being an issue in most cases, our AOI programs can be completed within fast timeframes.

This testimonial was written to us after we had successfully completed three circuits 400mm x 470mm with a vast array of components both sides equalling a total
of 4000 + per unit. We achieved this in a 5 day turnaround so as to meet an important deadline.
