SMB Designs are a long standing supplier of Printed circuit boards both prototype and production quantities.  With in house Lavenir CAMMaster front end services for Post design checks / pre manufacturing rules checks / tooling, drill to pad clearance checking and precision phototool preperation, SMB provide the complete service.

With track and gap down to below 0.04, drill size down to 0.1mm all finishes available, Hot air solder level, Gold, silver, tin and all types of circuit including flexi rigid and hybrid material bonding with all Quantities catered for.

With use of two Bath Scientific linear probe test machines, all PCB's are bare board tested. All backed up by ISO9000:2000 quality approvals for peace of mind.

ASSEMBLY

SMB assembly services consist of High standard hand assembly for prototype / smaller quantities, all carried out by SMB employees who are laboratory condition trained solderers. Fine pitch and micro components placed on a daily basis.

Production quantities catered for with component procurement. Two highly capable pick and place machines for surface mount technology and an Ersa station for BGA Inspection / placement / Removal / Repair / Replacement.
